What kind of services do you provide?
We are Internet marketing consultants. We mostly provide phone consultations for small business owners who are trying to get more business from the web. Sometimes, during the initial consultation, we will identify other projects we can help with as well.
How does the process work?
Customer inquiries are handled by email, and then we typically move on to the initial phone consultation. Our training calls are designed to be helpful on their own, but they often lead to additional projects (content development, blog setup, research projects, etc.). But it always starts with the initial phone call.
What are your areas of expertise?
We are full-time Internet publishers, managing more than 25 websites. Brandon also has a diverse background with search engine optimization, blogging, website content and general web development. What are your consulting fees?
We charge $125 for a one-hour phone consultation, and that includes follow-up notes sent by email. If you would like to purchase a "bundle" of hours after the first consultation, we can arrange for a discounted rate. Sometimes our consultations lead to additional projects, and those fees are too varied to list on this page. We always provide a quote for project work in advance.
What do I get out of it?
Our small business consulting services are designed with a certain type of business in mind. Most of our clients have some degree of in-house website talent (such as a webmaster, an I.T. person, or maybe even a small marketing team. But what they lack is guidance and expertise. This is where we can step in. If you need to learn effective techniques for Internet marketing, we can help you. We can help you increase your in-house knowledge in all areas of Internet marketing, and that kind of knowledge is a priceless commodity. How do I get started?
You can start by emailing us with the topic you are interested in. Once we know what you're trying to accomplish, we can determine whether or not we can help you. If your goals fall within our area of expertise, we will schedule the initial phone consultation at your convenience. Payment for phone training is due in advance, and it can be paid securely online through PayPal (you can use a credit card, debit card, or a PayPal account if you have one). Brandon will call you at the scheduled time to conduct the training session, and he will follow up via email with some helpful notes from the consultation.
